World War I
The Michigan Traveling Military Museum features a number of interesting items from World War I (1914-1918). Our displays show a strong emphasis on named U.S. military groupings from a number of Michigan and out-of-state veterans who served in WWI. MTMM has a number of excellent historical groupings including original uniforms, insignia, medals, patches, photographs and more. We have a special interest in items from The American North Russian Expeditionary Forces during WWI, and have a nice display of original 310th and 339th infantry regiment items from this unusual military unit. We are actively purchasing new items from the WWI period for our collection, so please check back with us from time to time to see our new additions.
